Job Summary

We are seeking a Planning Supervisor to oversee the company’s demand planning for textiles and curtains, ensuring products are available in the right quantities at the right time while balancing inventory levels with expected demand. The role involves coordinating imports, local supplies, and distribution across the network of branches, as well as optimizing inventory flow through the warehouse that serves wholesale, retail, and project channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly demand plans based on historical sales data and future forecasts.
• Analyze sales performance across branches and determine product requirements for each location.
• Plan required quantities of imported and local products in coordination with the Procurement team.
• Monitor inventory levels at the main warehouse and branches to prevent shortages or excessive stock.
• Prepare product distribution plans for branches based on sales volume and demand patterns.
• Coordinate with the Import team to track shipment schedules and ensure alignment with demand plans.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, product movement, and turnover rates.
• Analyze top-selling and slow-moving items and propose appropriate actions.
• Enhance inventory management efficiency and reduce storage costs.
• Supervise the planning team and follow up on their performance.
