Responsibilities and Duties:
Create and follow up purchase requisition for raw and packaging materials.
Develop and prepare annual, quarter and monthly report of production.
Record and trace product through different production stages.
Prepare the annual operating budget for raw and packaging material.
Develop models to support analysis of a variety of financial and operating activities.
Plan and coordinate the production build that supports the operational build schedule work with the appropriate factory management and personnel.
Monitor the build through the factory and report status to the program team.
Help to prioritize and expedite incoming material as necessary to ensure the material is inspected and accepted and placed into inventory necessary to fulfill manufacturing requirements.
Follow up the production process in site.
Set a plan for new products.
Gathering and sharing appropriate information and ensuring targets are met and procedures are followed at all times.
Interact with production and sales to understand demand forecast drivers.
Provide input in developing departmental strategies for inventory on existing items, new product introduction and phase outs.
Improve relationships among production, sales, production supervisors and quality which will lead to effective knowledge sharing and optimizing the forecast to better guide the company.
Execute with excellence in the area of stock and demand replenishment providing feedback to the supply chain on risks regarding replenishment levels and demand.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical science or science.
From 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical field is a MUST.
Excellent computer skills.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Excellent English, verbal / written communication.
Ability to work well through others.
Strong stress tolerance.
Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment is essential.
