Planning Section Head At MCC

MCC for confectionary industries is hiring Planning Section Head:
Duties and tasks:
– Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels.
– Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit.
– Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule.
– Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.
– Ensure the integrity of Bill of materials (BOM) and inventory accuracy at all times and manage and control inventory levels and movements.
– Take overall responsibility for obsolete parts process and ensure business in left with minimum liability and minimal waste.
– Create regular statistical reports and analysis update others in the organization.
– Create and develop production schedules according to deadlines for existing orders as per sales forecasting daily, weekly and monthly.
– Monitor inventories, track production statuses and order materials to ensure consistent availability and production schedule adherence.

Job requirements:
• 5 + Year of Experience
• Good knowledge of Office Systems (Excel, Access highly appreciated)
• High supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, Effective Negotiation Skills
• Report writing skills

Job Conditions:
Working hours: 8 AM-4 PM
Location: 10th of Ramadan
