Planning Section Head At Allmed Middle East

Allmed Middle East is Hiring Planning Section Head:
Allmed provides dialyses and accessories for any therapeutic application.
Location: Industrial zone, 6th of October, Giza, Egypt.
Job Responsibilities:
*Review new contracts determine the appropriate response based on the final product balances and available materials, and ensuring to send the response to the export management to inform the client of the expected readiness date of the required products.
*Supervise, review and approve the weekly and monthly production plans for the final product before sending them to the production departments.
*Supervise the production process for samples, obtaining approval from the Ministry of Health and sending it directly to the client if available in the final product balances or after manufacturing if the balances are not available.
*Regularly Monitor the production plans with the relevant departments.
*Supervise the process of ordering unavailable components and materials periodically according to the available contracts.
*Supervise the ordering of components and materials according to the customers’ specific forecasts until actual contracts are received for the start of manufacturing.
*Monitor the status of required materials and components to determine the expected manufacturing start dates based on the arrival dates of materials and components.
*Periodically reviewing the final product balances and working on sending them to clients upon readiness and packaging.
*Create a packing list for the products ready for travel according to the required schedules from customers and send them to the designated destination.
*Supervise the preparation of files for the products ready for travel and send them to the Ministry of Health to obtain export approval.
*Monitor container bookings with the export and logistics management after confirming receipt of the Ministry of Health’s approval for the shipment intended for export.
*Supervise updating the file for customer work orders regularly by adding new contracts or deducting products after their travel.
*Regularly monitor the status of customer work orders and respond to their inquiries.
*Receive and review fiberglass distributions through the group in Germany to arrange production plans for filters accordingly.
*Prepare weekly reports on the production process and the status of customer work orders.
*Supervise the preparation of monthly reports on the production process to illustrate manufacturing status and deviations in the production process if they occur, including reasons
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field
Experience: 5 Years in planning / Medical Supplies manufacturing is preferable
English Language fluency
Advanced usage Microsoft office
