– BSc/BA degree in any discipline.
– Minimum of 2 – 4 years experience in the same position .
– Good user of Microsoft Office applications .
– Basic knowledge of Supply Chain functions .
Job Description :-
– Order planning and processing to ensure that customers is receiving accurate and timely delivery of products, systems and services.
– Administrating efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management system.
– Following up the orders from registration up to delivery according to order and delivery conditions (end to end process).
– Executing defined procedures for missing or defective products and ensuring efficient resolution and effective customer
– Sending weekly updates on finished goods to customer and follow up with them to deliver their finished goods.
– Acting as point of contact for internal as well as external enquiries by phone and email.
– Analyzing regular statistics using respective tools and collecting relevant information.
– Following on time delivery for the order handling process, reports and targets
