Job Description

Job Summary

The main duty is to figure out, communicate and plan the best and most efficient way to complete orders at right time, right Qty & balanced resources utilization.

Duties

• Sales Forecast & Demand Management

1. Provide a vision to Demand / Capacity / Material Requirements to manage and control stock levels & resources utilization.

• Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP)

1. Stablish Business Plan & Directs S&OP process accordingly considering sourcing, manufacturing lead time & capacity.
2. Provide vision for shipping plan, post 3 to 4 weeks, according to Manufacturing & Customers readiness. 

• Master Scheduling

1. Generate master plan for all confirmed orders, including
2. Addressing material availability status & Supply plans with inventory & Purchasing dept.

• Production Planning

1. Planning and organizing production schedules, capacity utilization.
2. Monitoring the progress of each order at different stages of its development & make sure that the achieved progress on the orders fits the progress anticipated in the schedule.
3. Adjust schedules & Re-negotiating timescales if necessary.
4. Highlighting delayed activities and recommending corrective action plans and set a new expected delivery date.

• Project Management

1. Assessing Project follow-up and resources requirements.
2. Following up engineering submittals (shop-drawings, materials & method statements).
3. Communicate with Engineering alternation of materials, methodologies in case of any shortage of materials or lack of any type of resources.

• Receive and record update of work site requests and communicate accordingly production, design/ technical or project departments to execute with requirements.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports based on monitoring day to day work progress actual vs. planned.
• Preparation of management reports as requires from time to time.
• Define, Measure & Report KPI for demand, supply & production planning.
