Planning Manager At JLL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve submitted Contractor’s Programme and detailed baseline schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect current status.
  • Identify and analyze potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions.
  • Assist in preparation of Project Master Schedule.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Review Contractor’s claims and conduct thorough assessment of the delay analysis performed.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Implement and maintain effective planning and scheduling processes.
  • Coordinate with various departments to align project timelines and resources.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies related to project timelines.
  • Assist in resource allocation and optimization across multiple projects.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior planning team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Approximately 6 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling, and Project Management.
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good Knowledge of Delay Analysis Techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in construction or real estate development projects preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
