IKON Industries is hiring:
“Planning Manager”
The company works in the furniture manufacturing “high quality product”
Factory located in: Kattameya – Industrial zoon
Reporting to: Operation Manager
He manages: (Production planning – material planning – follow-up)
Products according: mega projects – customize
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree in production or mechanical engineering.
Experience: 10 years in furniture manufacturing, 3 years in managerial level at least.
Job responsibilities:
1. Measuring manufacturing time rates for each of the production departments.
2. Follow-up on production plan development and implementation monitoring of the master plan until the date of installation and delivery to the customer.
3. Coordinate the production workflow of one or several products.
4. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delays.
5. Identify the manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
6. Specify the assignment of workers and other employees to certain production processes or overtime according to the time plan, in coordination with the production manager.
7. Scheduling shifts according to production needs and monitoring posts to make sure they are finished on time and within budget.
8. Get final information after manufacturing phase (number of finished products, defect ratio, etc.).
9. Prepare and submit current status reports after production and quality performance.
10. Cooperate with departments such as production procurement stores, projects and others.
