𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
•Lead and manage the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels.
•Develop and implement strategic plans for supply chain optimization, including inventory management, and demand forecasting.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and sales, to develop integrated plans aligned with business objectives.
•Oversee and coordinate the Master Production Schedule (MPS), Capacity Planning, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities to optimize production efficiency and meet customer demand.
•Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, production compliance, and on-time delivery to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
•Lead the development of short-term and long-term production plans, balancing customer demand with inventory constraints and production capacities.
•Implement inventory optimization strategies, including safety stock management, reorder point optimization, and SKU rationalization, to minimize carrying costs while maintaining service levels.
•Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
•Mentor and develop supply chain planning team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
•Proven experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting, In Food & Beverages Industry.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
Experience with supply chain planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize competing demands, and meet tight deadlines.
•Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) a plus.
