Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production schedules, considering factors such as machine capacity, resource availability, and material requirements.
Collaborate with the production, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure timely and efficient production workflows.
Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Utilize ERP systems or planning tools to track production progress, inventory levels, and resource utilization.
Prepare regular reports on production status, forecasting, and performance metrics for management review.
Participate in regular meetings to discuss production plans, challenges, and opportunities for process enhancement.
Contribute to the development and implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout the production process.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience from 3 to 5 years as a Planning Engineer, preferably in a plastic manufacturing or related industry.
Proficiency in using planning and scheduling software tools and ERP systems.
