Senior Planning
Missions/Main Duties
Responsible for
- Developing, Inetgrating and managing Different project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Conduct thorough review and assessment of contractor’s schedule submissions, including baseline and monthly updates
- Analyze progress curves, histograms, and other visual representations to identify trends and potential issues.
- Provide early warnings to subsystems and identify critical path activities.
- Collaborate with various teams to optimize project performance. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as expertise in project management software (Primavera) and Rail way projects.
Profile/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil,Construction Management, or a related field).
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in project planning and controls within the railway.
- Proven experience as a Lead Planning Engineer on major railway/transport mobility projects is highly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of planning methodologies (e.g., Critical Path Method, Earned Value Management).
- Familiarity with railway specific engineering, operations, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Fluent in English (Writing, Speaking and reading).
