We are currently looking for qualified candidate that would make a good fit for the Planning and Reliability Engineer role.

Reporting to: Mechanical Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor

Role & responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Stakeholders to develop, maintain and compile asset reliability, criticality, and condition information necessary for the asset planning, delivery, and maintenance strategies.
· Planning jobs based on stakeholders’ requirements, availability of spare parts and following up on the work orders using our CMMS (dynamics) from requisition till execution and allocation of costs and accordingly issue monthly reports of maintenance expenses, costs, and statistics.
· Scheduling jobs based on manpower availability and craftsmanship, follow-up on the execution process to ensure the quality of service done and focusing on the continuous improvement techniques within the quality and wrench time.
· Routinely produce root-cause analysis reports, regarding the assets with repeated failure to minimize the Emergency downtime and recommend changes to designs if required to improve reliability of products and prepare and evaluate all test plans and protocols and perform tests on all critical components.
· Assists in current maintenance, service, urgent repairs, and timely modernization of the equipment. Participate and work out methods of the technological process automation and mechanization, the environment protection measures, ways and plans to improve production efficiency.
· Determines the degree of equipment deterioration. Ensures revision of the equipment that requires detailed repair and schedules its repair.
· Ensures that the maintenance team follows safety requirements. Provide safety instructions for all employees, including new hires, and manages contractor’s mechanical teams.
· On-call duty after normal working hours and through the weekend for plant team support and for technical advice if needed
· Responsible for maintaining Food Safety and Quality Systems as assigned and participate on the food safety team to initiate and revise the plant HACCP plan.

Requirements:
· Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical engineering, or equivalent).
· 1-2 years of experience in industrial processing environment or relevant field.
· Managing Mechanical Reliability with PDM Technologies (vibration ,ultrasound and laser alignment)
· Planning and scheduling experience.
· Reliability or maintenance background.
· Knowledge in managing mechanical asset is a plus.
