Responsibilities
- Ability to expand our owned fleet vehicles
- Good follow up on owned vehicles (parking/locations/tracking, maintenance, insurance and driver behavior)
- Good knowledge about leasing providers and programs
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and onboarding good quality drivers
- Ability to build the needed on-ground team for the job
- Handling legal and financial matters related to owned fleet
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strategic thinking
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Identify data discrepancies and issues
- Able to swiftly escalate identified concerns to the relevant teams and channels
