Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor and analyze current operations to identify opportunities for efficiency and process enhancements.
– Implement new systems and procedures to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless and cohesive business operations.
– Oversee logistics activities including inventory control, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes.
– Develop and maintain detailed operational reports to support strategic decision-making.
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
– Assist with budget planning and conduct financial analysis related to operational activities.
– Provide training and support to staff on new systems, tools, and procedures.
– Collaborate with management to align operations with overall business goals.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues that may impact operational performance.
– Oversee quality assurance efforts and implement control measures.
– Promote effective communication and collaboration across teams to maintain smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
– Previous experience in a similar role within operations, logistics, or supply chain.
– Strong organizational and analytical skills.
– Proficiency with operations management tools and systems.
– communication skills in both English and Arabic are a plus.
