Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s coffee shop branches.
• Plan and implement administrative and operational procedures to ensure the continuity of branch work.
• Work on developing and improving internal processes and procedures for the company.
• Analyze data and prepare necessary reports for company management.
• Contribute to setting strategic goals for the company and implementing them.
• Supervise and monitor daily operations in the branches.
• Improve service quality and increase customer satisfaction.
• Deal with customers, respond to their complaints, and provide necessary solutions.
• Ensure the provision of raw materials and inventory management.
• Coordinate and manage employees in branches and warehouses.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify opportunities for development.

Qualifications:

• High communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to deal with pressure and responsibility.
• Knowledge of procedures and laws related to health, safety, and quality.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
