Job Title:
Operations & Business Execution Manager
(Remote – Full-Time)
Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage all operational activities of the company, ensuring the efficient and high-quality execution of projects and services in alignment with Naqsh Environmental Consultancy’s mission to deliver innovative, sustainable, and technically sound environmental solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and ensure departmental alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Oversee the execution of environmental projects (EIA, ESG studies, permits, laboratory analysis, etc.) and ensure performance indicators are met.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate communication between technical, administrative, and management teams to ensure smooth workflow and data exchange.
- Monitor project budgets and operational costs to ensure financial discipline and compliance with contractual terms.
- Manage partnerships, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure quality, timelines, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports and operational analyses to senior management.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvement initiatives.
- Manage team scheduling, resource allocation, and remote task tracking to ensure project completion on time.
- Contribute to developing operational strategies that support company growth and service expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Environmental Management (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within consulting, engineering, or environmental firms.
- Proven experience managing remote teams and operations using tools like Zoho, Monday, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional report writing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams remotely.
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
