Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline daily operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with MyJam’s strategic goals.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with different departments, including logistics, marketing, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
- Prepare reports for upper management, detailing operational performance and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Operations Manager.
- Solid experience with Operations management, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proven ability to optimize processes and drive operational improvements.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for cultural foods and a commitment to enhancing the organization’s operational efficiency.
