ROLE PROFILE
- Respond to tenant queries about stock taking, visual merchandising, material delivery, and minor store renovations in the assigned mall. Ensure necessary management approvals are forwarded to security control.
- Contribute to the development of an annual Mall security risk management plan. Ensure its effective implementation within the approved budgets.
- Manage Other OPEX Exp. budget line & CAPEX projects effectively.
- Oversee daily operations of the mall, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security, for seamless functioning.
- Liaise with tenants on operational matters and resolve issues promptly. Supervise maintenance and upgrades of mall infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor security protocols and emergency response plans. Manage traffic during peak hours for smooth entry and exit.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and suggestions promptly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and mall policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 – 5 years’ of work experience in Managing Security in Large reputed establishments preferably in Retail / Large Shopping Mall.
- knowledge relating to Security and Safety Management Systems and its deployment is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Certification in fire and safety including fire rescue plans, training drill and basic first aid courses is an asset.
