Key Accountabilities:
- Work closely with the Operations director in order to provide required information and relevant presentations
- Support in preparing Implementations costing budgets
- Support in Qualifying and evaluating Sub-contractors
- Monitor and reports on the utilization of resources
- Contribution in subcontracts progress monitoring and claims
- Coordination with PMs, PMO, Finance, contracts, supply chain and other teams.
- Preparing and tracking resource time distribution per project
- Tracking Project scheduled activities and monitoring the resource allocation.
- Coordinating with PMs and other teams in order to ensure resource availability
- Tracks Projects services Progress for different sites
- Support Maintenance Manager with RMA, Logs, and reports.
- Support Service Delivery Managers as a needed
- Reports on Monthly Basis on the progress of his Main Activities.
- Monitor the Implementation costs for each Project VS budgets
- Scheduling shifts and making sure that staff have what they need to do their jobs safely and effectively
- Control and track the testing equipment usage and needed calibration and testing
- Control and track the tools requirements for different Project sites.
- Coordinating with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and ensure Satisfaction
- Keep track of Inventory.
Qualification & Education:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Years of Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in The Similar Capacity.
- Language: Fluency in Arabic & English, French Will be a Plus.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio And Project and Primavera
