Operations Coordinator At ElSewedy Electric

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with the Operations director in order to provide required information and relevant presentations
  • Support in preparing Implementations costing budgets
  • Support in Qualifying and evaluating Sub-contractors
  • Monitor and reports on the utilization of resources
  • Contribution in subcontracts progress monitoring and claims
  • Coordination with PMs, PMO, Finance, contracts, supply chain and other teams.
  • Preparing and tracking resource time distribution per project
  • Tracking Project scheduled activities and monitoring the resource allocation.
  • Coordinating with PMs and other teams in order to ensure resource availability
  • Tracks Projects services Progress for different sites
  • Support Maintenance Manager with RMA, Logs, and reports.
  • Support Service Delivery Managers as a needed
  • Reports on Monthly Basis on the progress of his Main Activities.
  • Monitor the Implementation costs for each Project VS budgets
  • Scheduling shifts and making sure that staff have what they need to do their jobs safely and effectively
  • Control and track the testing equipment usage and needed calibration and testing
  • Control and track the tools requirements for different Project sites.
  • Coordinating with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and ensure Satisfaction
  • Keep track of Inventory.

Qualification & Education:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in The Similar Capacity.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic & English, French Will be a Plus.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio And Project and Primavera
