Sarwa Life is seeking for an Operations Administrator
Essential job tasks :
– Reviewing applications and proceeding submission in all stages.
– Reviewing modifications and classifying it according (technical or Non-tchnical).
– Submitting modifications.
– Proceeding non-technical endorsement and preparing the endorsement to be reviewed and approved from the operation’s responsible person.
– Performing quality call tasks and communicating directly with clients to respond to their requirements & enquiries.
Requirements :
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
– 0 to 1 year experience.
– Fresh graduats are welcome.
– Time management.
– Communication skills.
