SN Automotive is looking for an experienced Operation Logistics Supervisor to manage our logistics operations. If you have a solid background and a deep understanding of the automotive industry, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate and oversee international shipments, ensuring all required documentation is prepared accurately and submitted on time for customs clearance.
– Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
– Monitor shipment status and address logistics issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
– Support in optimizing shipping costs and selecting suitable modes of transport to enhance delivery performance and cost efficiency.
– Maintain up-to-date records of import documentation and regularly track logistics performance indicators.
– Assist in reviewing and following up on contracts, payment terms, Incoterms, and lead times in coordination with the Procurement team.
– Ensure all purchasing and shipping activities are conducted in compliance with company procurement procedures and import/export regulations.
– Follow up and support the resolution of order-related issues, including pricing discrepancies, delivery delays, or stock shortages.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum 6 years of logistics experience within the automotive industry (mandatory).
– Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and shipping documentation.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
