Job Description
● Managing day to day logistical support to execute the delivery of training.
● Perform administrative tasks
● Maintain schedule of operations
● collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
● Optimizing the operational process & procedures of the courses for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
● Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
● Handle the accommodation and travel arrangement of trainers
● Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
● Present a price vs. quality report with samples of potential suppliers for select
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
● Proven work experience as an Operations or similar role
● Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
● Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
● Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work under pressure
● Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word- Excel- Power point)
● Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial
● Relevant training and/or certifications as an Operations Associate
