Operation Director

Hello dears,
Any recommendation for Operation Director with the following requirements:

– Minimum 15 years of experience.
– Proven experience as operations director #FMCG industry. The last three years must be in the same job.
– Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Outstanding communication and people skills.
– Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
– In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, maintenance etc.).
– Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
– Prefer maintenance engineering background
