We are hiring an operation coordinator with the following qualifications:
Responsibilities
– Make calls with potential trainees.
– Establish and grow relationship with the potential trainees and the academy.
– Organize and schedule registrations.
– coordinating & communicating with all academy’s team.
– Assist and support instructors in their day-to-day tasks.
– Provide support to trainees, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment.
– Regulate the payment either cash or installment.
– Ease communication between instructors and trainees.
– Organize groups with trainees.
– Delivering all daily reports to management.
Qualifications
– Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field.
– Backgroud in training centers field (Preferred).
– (1-3) years of experience.
-Excellent in communication, networking, negotiation & presentation skills.
-Excellent English & Excel.
– Excellent written and verbal English language.
– High command in using Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word).
– Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
