Qualifications required ;
– 4 years experience in logistics field “overseas handling” –
– Good communication skills
– very Good English written and spoken –
– Must have MS office skills
– Responsibilities: •
Pre-operations signed by OPS assistant
• OPS assistant track of shipment with ops till it’s on board
. sending weekly reports to clients about their shipments
• Reviewing shipment documentation with client and agent
• Filling after accounting
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Require: male/female Salary based on experience and interview
– Pricing specialist
2 years of experience ( min)
Responsibilities: · Provide pricing direction, tactical assistance to close new business, service existing business, and maximize value to clients.
· Handle pricing updates for new and existing business while working closely with key account . ·
Work closely with agents to secure the pricing necessary to close business. ·
Communicate with key accounts on pricing feedback.
· Ensure rate validity and accuracy.
· Request rates with carriers and overseas agents and follow up with filing. Job Requirements ·
Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarder is a MUST. Requirements
• female
• Very Good English Language
• Great command of MS Office
