𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
5 working days “Fridays and Saturdays” off.
Working Hours: 8 hours.
Location: Maadi
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:
– Developing manuals (formatting & templates)
– Follow-up on training team & schedule
– Audit trainers on JI training procedure
– Develop trackers for monitoring JI audit scores
– Follow-up with operations on area scores
– Consolidate operations feedback for JI optimization round
– Be on-ground
– Develop root cause analysis and preventative actions for any issues that may surface and have to do with operational processes

– Bachelor in engineering.
– 0-1 year of experience.
