Onboarding Specialist At El Abd Foods

We’re hiring Onboarding Specialist at El Abd Foods.

#Job_Description:

1. Organize orientations and meetings to guide the new hires about the company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
2. Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
3. Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
4. Liaising with all internal departments in preparation of the hiring day and creating the needed corporate accounts and Delivery of HR induction sessions.
5. Prepare onboarding documents and kits for the new hires.
6. Give the fresh staff an office tour to familiarize them with the environment.
7. Introduce team members and help the new employees understand the company hierarchy.
8. Include company presentations and product demos.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize them with the company.
9. Organize induction seminars to help new hires receive proper training sessions.

#Job_Requirements:
1- Previous experience (preferred in a fast paced environment).
Flexibility and team work.
2- Commitment and sense of ownership.
3- Excellent User ( Power Point & M.S …)
4- Excellent English Commute verbal and written is a Must
5- Fast, Creative and Dynamic character.
