- Responsible for providing a weekly production plan consistent with the plant capacity and sales forecast, determining the desired inventory levels for finished goods down to the SKU level including safety stock levels. sales forecasts, new business opportunities, customer expectations, and internal supply constraints.
- Proper reflection of S&OP Demand, activities, and depletion plans & share of the output.
- Generate MPS on medium/long terms on a weekly basis.
- Manage all types of events from the readiness of demand plan & BOM including phase-in phase-outs, promotions, and co-packing.
- Manage Maintenance plan, project’s stoppages and storage/capacity constraints.
- Communicates with Demand/MRP team and provides scenarios in case of limited resources.
- Uplift analysis and more in-depth sales analysis by category to achieve the business needs in combination with operation flexibility.
- Follow up with Q.C dept. and Warehouses dept. concerning pending Items FG to prevent the out of stock.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly achievements compared with target.
- Act and react with the category task force meeting and commit with the stakeholders on the project timeline (innovations / Promos and new launches), highlight any constraints that may affect the launch, and work with the team to minimize them.
- Create weekly process orders over SAP to support MRP, Production, and DRP functions.
- Upload week to go Production Plans over SAP with validations to make sure all generated Planned Orders are matched with uploaded PP to prevent any negative impact on Material consumption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or engineering.
- Minimum 4-6 years of practical experience in planning and analysis.
- Analytical thinking skills (trend, data, events analysis to draw sound conclusions).
- Good Command of MS Office (Excel & Power point).
- Strong communication skills.
