What you’ll be doing  

– Prepare Invoice, packing list, delivery advice, Delivery note through WMS system or on excel.
– Apply for Certificates of origins through Chamber of commerce/ Ministry of commerce
– Apply for Invoice and Certificates of origin.
– Liase with product compliance team and apply for pre-approvals for regulated commodies and ensure shipping documents are in compliance with the customs and regulatory authorities.
– Prepare HS code summary for import and export shipments.
– Prepare Advanced shipment notifications and book appointments for collection and delivery to warehouse & stores.
– Book landed costs in systems.

What you’ll need to succeed  

  – Bachelor degree of Logistics & Supply Chain or any relevant field. 

  – Very good Communication skills. 

  – Excellent English Language skills.
