Job Description

• Plans, books and tracks the inbound and outbound transports (regular and premium)
• Ensures the completeness of shipping documents and record shipment in the transportation management system
• Verifies and pre-approves invoices related to transportation services
• Supports the service provider management in the plant
• Issues and manages logistics complaints related to transportation and warehouse services
• Permanently optimizes the transportation routes and trucks utilization
• Provides tracking information to other relevant departments 
• Identifies possible transport problems
• Plans and monitors transportation costs
• Gathers data and updates Logistics Network KPI’s
• Ensures the compliance with the local, regional and global legal regulations in terms of transport and warehouse management
