Logistics Supervisor

We are currently looking to hire a Logistics Supervisor with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

– Implementing all foreign purchasing processes (negotiating prices, contracts, agreements, etc.)
– Reviewing all customs clearance processes
– Approving shipping documents
– Implementing all shipping processes
– Generating the ACID number from the El Nafeza platform
– Planning delivery timetables
– Supply and demand planning
– Monitoring stock levels to meet production plans
– Overseeing the ordering and packaging process
– Implementing a supplier database
– Communicating with customers, shipping lines, truckers, ports, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
– Preparing shipping documents (such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, Euro 1, COO)
– Issuing and reviewing the LC between the bank and supplier

Requirements:

– University degree
– Previous experience in Logistics
– Good communication skills and high-level English fluency
– Knowledgeable in MS Office skills and an ERP System (ODOO)
– Good knowledge of logistics processes, international freight systems, and INCO terms
– Must be detail-oriented to ensure a high level of accuracy when reviewing documentation
