Title: Logistics specialist
Job description :
• Rates agreements with the shipping lines & Freight Forwarders
• Receive weekly production plan & arrange for shipments booking and stuffing date
• Following up and receive from financial dep. For the invoices and LC’S
• Check L/C’s terms and conditions to confirm Logistics issues
• Following up and receive Packing List from warehouse
• Revise and Send clearance documents to the selected freight forwarder
• Following up loading & gat the containers in port and finalize customs certificate
• Submit final shipping declaration and VGM to the S/Line
•Check the shipment drafts & get customer’s approval through the sales operation department to proceed for issuing the original
•Receive the invoices and follow with the freight
forwarder for original BL collection
•Prepare and arrange with insurance companies in order to issuing insurance policies
Experience: 1 to 2 years
