Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for communication with suppliers and clients, utilizing analytical skills to optimize supply chain processes, providing excellent customer service, managing export activities, and overseeing supply chain management.
Scope: Logistics and Foreign Trade
Location: Alexandria, Egypt
Min years of Experience: Five years
Mandatory Requirements:
– Import Operations.
– Export Operations.
– Documentation (Import and Export).
– Knowledge of Customs procedures (ACI/Nafeza/MTS).
– Shipping and Freight (Import and Export).
– Overseas Coordination.
– Full awareness with Incoterms.
– MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel).
– English Fluency.
Optional Requirements:
– Freight Pricing (Export or Import)
– Reefer’s shipping.
– Foreign Purchasing Experience.
– Odoo ERP Knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills for optimizing supply chain processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Knowledge of international trade regulations
