We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized #Logistics_Specialist to join our growing team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of our products at Luna Pac.
In this role, you will:
-Manage the coordination of shipments from origin to destination, including planning, procurement, and execution.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.
-Negotiate and secure optimal freight rates with carriers to optimize costs and efficiency.
-Track and monitor shipments in real-time to ensure timely deliveries and identify potential issues.
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, carriers, and customers, to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving.
-Maintain a strong understanding of import/export regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
-2:5 years of experience in logistics or a related field
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-The ability to work independently.
