| receive the PI, I revise all detailed of PI such as (payment term , consignee , date , shipper Name , incoterm,……).( check with procurement the method of shipment and the commodity to know if the goods need ILAC or not ) do filling for each invoice . follow the Delivery Date. Transfer PI with finance I am asking about the estimate packing list before the Delivery Date to get rates. 6. Knowledge about all Nafeza issues Get best rate for the shipping company Revise all the original docs as per requested shipment. Make the form 4 and follow it till received Follow with the broker team to know the status of the customs clearance, revise all the docs before send it to costing team |
