Logistics Specialist
Job Description:
1 st level of escalation for any disruption in delivery creation (no available carrier, or issues with carriers). Main responsibility
around maintaining financial relationship with suppliers.
Key Accountabilities:
• Support delivery fulfilment
• Control financial accuracy of Last Mile delivery process
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and request MDM to update suppliers in ERP
• Advise alternate suppliers to OM/CF Specialist, in case of transport refusal
• Liaise with carriers for any queries or exceptional pick-up processes
• Research delivery exceptions, determine freight cost and customer impacts
• Reconcile carrier rejections on self-billing invoices and support carrier queries on invoice information
• Support matching and reconciliation on freight, FSC or accessorial charges
KPIs:
– Order Management
o Transport Plan Delivery- In full
– Order Fulfillment
o Transport Plan Delivery- On time
o Ticket resolution time
o SOA compliance for exceptions
– Transport Plan Delivery- In full
o Invoice validation Accuracy
SKILLS
– 1-3 Years Experience in Supply Chain
– Attention to Details
– SAP Knowledge Preferable
– Excel Basic Skills
