We’re Hiring – Logistics Specialist | Auto Mobility – Geely Egypt
Auto Mobility, the official importer and manufacturer of Geely in Egypt, is looking for a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team.
If you have strong experience managing CBU and spare parts logistics within the automotive sector, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for CBU (Completely Built Units) and spare parts.
– Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
– Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, including customs clearance requirements, documentation, and approvals.
– Collaborate with the warehouse team on transportation, storage, and delivery activities.
– Handle all logistics-related payments (duties, agents’ invoices, etc.).
– Support budgeting and cost control, identifying savings opportunities.
– Prepare regular shipment and logistics performance reports.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
– 2–4 years of experience in a logistics role – automotive background is a must, especially with CBU and spare parts.
– Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs clearance, and INCOTERMS.
– Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems is a plus.
– Great appearance and morals.
