Company in 5th Settlement, Cairo, Egypt
On-site Full-time working 6 days and one day off,
Accountabilities:
• Handle all communication with foreign suppliers
• Receive Performa invoices, follow up opening LC, and settle disputes with banks.
• Responsible for all Export/Import shipping documents [SD, SI, CI, PL, BL, COO]
• Negotiate with all freight forwarders to get the best shipping price
• Submit & follow Booking with shipping lines & freight forwarders.
• Sumit SI & VGM to (shipping lines) & freight forwarders to get draft BL.
• Responsible for issuing ACID number on NAFEZA system and follow all instructions on Cargo X accounts
• Follow up with the customs team & customs broker [ACID, Clearance, Invoices].
• Auditing transporting, clearance, insurance, and freight invoices as per the agreed quotation.
• Responsible for updating and reporting the status of all shipments and following up on their delivery.

Experience:
• experience in shipments and clearance experience at large firms.
• From 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply chain, logistics

Language Proficiency:
• Very good in English verbal and written.
• Fluent in Arabic verbal and written
