Logistics/Shipping Sales Executive At Calibers-Hub


Job Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals.
  • Utilize inside sales knowledge.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all customers– including follow up on concerns or other issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures.
  • Communicate customer problems to management.
  • Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes.
  • Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Negotiate contracts and rate agreements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant
  • 3+ years of experience as a Logistics Sales Executive
  • Solid knowledge of the Shipping & Logistics market
  • With good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Time management.
  • Self-managing and pro-active
