Logistics Operations Coordinator At hishopper

I’m looking for Logistics Operations Coordinator have a 1.5+ experience at logistics and must be graduated, the job location at masr el gdeda,cairo and the job description will be as the below,

Scheduling picks up with the different shippers, resolve shipping issues.
Processing and tracking order, returns, and refunds.
Follow-up with the CRM department on the order confirmation cycle.
Daily follow-up with the warehouse team on finalizing the orders preparing process.
Strong analytical skills to identify and address operational inefficiencies
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in operations management and administrative assistance
Previous experience in customer service is ideal
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Responsible for achieving the success rate of the 3PL
Maintain the stock level and ensure that there is no damage
Monitoring the quality level of products
Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
