Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to oversee and manage our logistics, import, export, and customs clearance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate with various departments and external partners.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Handle import and export documentation, compliance, and regulations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain.
• Coordinate with various departments, service providers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and adherence to the company’s quality standards..
• Monitor and manage order processing, and warehouse activities.
• Negotiate with transportation and logistics providers for the best rates and services.
• Analyze and improve operational processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international import/export laws and regulations.
• Manage and train logistics staff to maintain high performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support business growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, import/export regulations, and customs procedures.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
