Job Description
- Plan shipments based on product availability and requests.
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading).
- Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
- Schedule shifts for our drivers.
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers.
- Provide information about the status of orders.
- Good team player and able to coordinate with people effectively.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
- Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills
- Good Command of English language.
- Proficiency in MS. Office, Ms. Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
