Job Description

• Plan shipments based on product availability and requests.
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading).
• Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
• Schedule shifts for our drivers.
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers.
• Provide information about the status of orders.
• Good team player and able to coordinate with people effectively.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills
• Good Command of English language.
• Proficiency in MS. Office, Ms. Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
