Logistics Manager At Welco Group

Welco Group is Hiring (Logistics Manager)
Key Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics service providers.
– Negotiate and manage freight rates and offers to ensure favorable terms and to reduce costs.
– Follow up on the status of all pending shipments, while also aligning the involved stakeholders on its status.
– Finalize approvals on ‘Nafeza’ platform in a timely manner to quicken the process.
– Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding logistics operations.
– Collaborate with key stakeholders on a daily basis.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelors Degree.
– Proven experience in logistics and/or supply chain role (a minimum of 8 years).
– Proven experience using ‘Nafeza’ cargo system platform.
– Strong leadership skills.
– Strong problem solving capabilities.
– Strong communication skills.
