RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling day to day import required docs from customers.
- Following up with the operation department and Clients for the reception of a required documents for pre shipping approvals and customs clearance purposes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Follow up with Finance bank Form 4 issuance.
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Communication flow with external providers (transportation, broker, internal regulatory).
- Interacts with and supports Sales department.
- Delivery of copies/ original of original shipping documents to the customer /sales /agent by hand if needed on a time.
Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to effectively interact with customers and distributors (via phone and face -to-face)
- Ability to effectively interact with members of other departments
