We Are Hiring – Logistics Executive
📍 Location: 15th May City, Egypt
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Logistics Executive to join our wheat flour mill team. The ideal candidate will manage import & export operations, negotiate with service providers, and ensure smooth end-to-end logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate competitive rates for ocean freight, trucking, customs, carrier services, and insurance.
- Handle communication with shipping lines, customs brokers, and trucking providers.
- Manage booking processes for both import and export shipments.
- Oversee all logistics procedures related to import/export operations.
- Book vessels and prepare accurate shipping documentation.
- Organize and manage the subsidization process.
- Monitor daily cash transactions related to logistics activities.
- Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery follow-up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a Logistics Specialist.
- Strong teamwork and motivational abilities.
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
