What are my responsibilities?

  • Ensure the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding delivery goals, timelines, etc.
  • Track delivery volume and monitor demand patterns and purchasing trends.
  • Schedule and oversee the supply and delivery of materials and products.
  • Create and maintain inventory schedules.
  • Ensure a steady flow of various materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and manage external stakeholder relations.
  • Expedite the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments.
  • Update different project management follow up programs.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • A degree in business, logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of logistics experience in a similar function especially in site.
  • Fair knowledge of contracts with good command of business writing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.
  • Intercultural experience and a valid driving license.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment and willingness to travel.
  • Professional level of English; knowledge of Arabic and German would be helpful.
  • Awareness with oracle.
  • Be willing to be predominantly based on sites along the e-HSR project.
