A reputable and fast growing export company working in mining products, looking for ( Logistics Coordinator )Job Description
• Work with shipping lines and Trucking companies to execute bookings.
• Executes required export documentation for multiple accounts in various stages of completion in a highly time-sensitive manner
• Timely management of multiple lines of communication between suppliers, , customers, and internal parties,
• Maintaining details and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties
• Obtains export approvals from various government agencies in compliance with each shipment
• Identifies risks and opportunities, when developing logistics plan and freight estimates for super loads, complex international shipments to ensure cost-effective, safe, and efficient transportation of the company’s products
• Processes freight Reviews, prepare, and invoices for payment
Job Requirements
• Experience : 2-3 years in logistics field in similar company activity.
• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree.
• very good English language.
• High sense of commitment.
• Acceptable Time Management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and workloads.
• Attention to detail
