Job Overview:
As a Logistics and Distribution Supervisor – Import and Export, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the import and export operations of the company. You will oversee the entire process, from the receipt of goods to their final destination, ensuring that all products are handled and shipped by the company’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee the import and export operations of the company, including the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.
·Ensure that all products are handled and shipped in accordance with the company’s standards and regulatory requirements.
·Manage the scheduling, routing, and tracking of all shipments, including the coordination of customs and other regulatory requirements.
·Manage the day-to-day activities of the logistics and distribution team, including the management of shipping schedules, documentation, and records.
·Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of goods.
·Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective transport of goods.
·Monitor and manage the performance of logistics providers, ensuring that they meet the company’s standards for quality, cost, and delivery.
·Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all logistics and distribution activities.
·Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation, including customs and trade regulations.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
· 5-7 years of experience in logistics and distribution, with a focus on import and export operations.
·Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
·Strong knowledge of import and export regulations and compliance requirements.
·Experience with logistics software and systems, including transportation management systems (TMS).
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
·Strong organizational and project management skills.
