Logistics and Clearance Specialist

Legrand (Egypt) Giza, Al Jizah, Egypt

Responsibilities:

Lead the import clearance process to ensure timely and efficient release of goods.
Minimize and optimize import clearance lead times.
Control landed costs associated with imports.
Generate Arrival, Commercial Invoice, and Declaration (ACID) documents for imported goods.
Collaborate closely with freight forwarders and vessel teams.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to receive new shipments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong command of English; French language skills are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
0 – 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field (prior experience a plus).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work and communicate effectively within teams and across departments.
Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
