Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree.
• Years of Experience : 1-2 years of experience in same field
• Very good command in English (Writing & Listening)
• Job Type :Full Time
• Salary :Negotiable depends on experience .
  Job description :
  · Follow up new orders status with different suppliers for Middle East branches.
  · Follow up issuing the needed documentations according to each countries customs regulations (eg; SASO in Saudi, EURO1 in Egypt,..etc).
  · Follow up readiness date of each order to start shipping process.
  · Review all the issued documentation by supplier (commercial invoice, packing list, EURO1,..etc) before legalization and follow up till receiving the originals.
  · Follow up Air & sea shipments on EXW basis deliveries to ensure that goods are shipped in the most timely & efficient manner.
  · Searching for a competitive shipping offer.
  · Follow up final loading dates and shipping details.
  · Follow up till receiving the final shipping documents to prepare the needed documents for clearance.
  · Searching for new products if needed from operation department (procurement).
  · Searching for new courier companies to work with competitive rates.
  · Issuing all the governmental pre-approvals like ( Civil protection and public security approvals ) on certain products .
  · Working on Nafeza system that issue and follow up ACID number .
  · Finally working on ERP system for warehouse and purchasing modules.
• Working hours: 8 Hours ( 9:00 am : 5:00 pm )
  Off days: Friday & Saturday
